The individual must commit himself to avoiding the problems caused by this drug use. At the same time, society and the government should act with care in this matter.

Research shows that alcoholism is increasing among school students these days. School students think that they are having a good time with their friends and they become addicted to alcohol over time. Due to alcoholism, it becomes possible for various diseases to occur not only in the surrounding areas but also in the body of every human being.
Alcoholism affects the liver of a person while the vital organs of the human body are failing. Due to this, there is a possibility that the normal movement of the human body's protein synthesis, coagulation, metabolism, synthesis of important substances will gradually become inactive. Also, there is a possibility of massive diseases like mastitis, hemoptysis, ulcer.
These activities completely change the human body and a weakened immune system and poor hygiene make a person susceptible to various infections. Sexual problems like impotence, infertility and temporary and permanent damage to the brain and peripheral nerves are caused by alcoholism. Alcoholism also causes mental problems in humans.
A person who drinks alcohol has no self-consciousness. Drug abuse is a place for various problems, fights, problems in taking care of children, abuses, lack of peace in the family, economic decline, accidents. The government has launched various programs to eradicate drug addiction. A Presidential Task Force on Drug Eradication has been created in Sri Lanka.

All parents in the family should show equal love, discipline, affection and care for their children. It should be done without an inferiority complex. When they do not get proper love and warmth from their loved ones and especially from their parents, children try to find their own solution by using drugs to relieve their anxiety. Similarly, when there are problems between the mother and the father, the children are also affected. Due to this, these children become frustrated and addicted to drugs.
Even with excessive love, there are many opportunities for children to fail. One should behave with neutrality towards children by showing too much love and not getting disappointed and not turning away by showing too much anger and hatred. Ways should be made to improve a child's life. Every problem has a solution. Understanding them and acting is the best for the country, the home and every person nowadays.
